When Chamsi Bensaid moved to Canada from Morocco 18 years ago, she knew she had to find a way to make money. She worked various jobs for some years, but her true passion was real estate - her dad was a building engineer, and she had nurtured an interest in homes for a long time.

In 2009, drawn by the freedom and flexibility it offered, Chamsi made the leap into a full-time real estate career so that she could balance working with taking care of her two children. Through a combination of enthusiasm and hard work, Chamsi has built an impressive career. She gives her best effort to all of her clients, and brings excellent service and consistent community engagement to the Greater Montreal Area.

She finds it incredibly important to build lasting relationships with each of her clients, and communicates her knowledge honestly and openly with them in order to allow them to make informed decisions for their families.

She continues to engage with clients long after the transaction is closed through phone calls and emails, and generally cultivates a persistent line of communication with everyone she works with.

Along with her marketing team, Chamsi maintains a strong online marketing presence, pushing her brand through social media and websites and advertising her listings through the MLS. Chamsi typically closes a high number of transactions every year, and works hard to meet her production goals.

She hopes to see her production level rise even further in the future as she expands her sphere and grows her business.

Chamsi knows the importance of staying involved in her local community, and routinely offers support to the homeless population in Montreal through volunteer work with local organizations.
